Simple and Delicious Cauliflower Pizza

Easy to make and delicious alternative for regular pizza.


Here's what you need for crust:

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower

  • 1 medium egg

  • 3/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour

  • pinch of salt and black pepper

  • optional:pinch of smoked pepper, dried oregano

For topping:

  • pizza sauce (from can or homemade past from tomatoes, onion and herbs)

  • mozzarella cheese

  • optional: chicken, fresh tomatoes, basil, corn


Here is how to make it:

  1. Prepare all ingredients, and wash cauliflower.

  2. Place half cauliflower, pulse until is smooth and have a mashed potatoes consistency. Do the same with remaining cauliflower.

  3. Microwave cauliflower for 4-5 minutes OR you can steam it.

  4. Let cauliflower cool around 20-25 minutes. Next, use a cheese clothes and squeeze of excess moisture form cauliflower.

  5. Transfer cauliflower pulp to a bowl, and add: egg, mozzarella, parmesan, coconut flour, garlic powder, smoked paprika and salt. Stir to combine the ingredients and form a pizza dough. Next, put on side for 5 minutes.

  6. Preheat the oven to 350 F.

  7. Place dough on the middle of pan and push out with your hands and form 10 inch circle.

  8. Baked for 10-15 minutes, until crust is firm and golden. Remove from oven, add tomatoes past and toppings of your choice.

  9. Bake for 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

  10. Remove from oven and wait few minute before serving.
