1 cup Water
1/2 cup Oats
1/2 cup Pureed Pumpkin
2 tsps Maple Syrup (optional)
1/4 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
Directions
Just a few easy steps:
In a small pot, bring the water and oats to a boil.
Reduce the heat to a simmer, stir in the pumpkin and maple syrup, and cover.
Cook for three to five minutes or until the oats have absorbed the water and the oatmeal thickens.
