Vegan and Grain Free
Who doesn’t love fresh baked bread straight out of the oven? Naan bread is vegan and grain free, and it a perfect accompaniment for butter chicken or as a base for homemade pizzas.

Delicious Naan Bread
Ingredients
Here's what you need:
5 tablespoons of Whole Psyllium Husks (not powdered- use the whole ones)
4 large eggs
¾ cup of heavy coconut milk
1/3 cup of melted ghee butter or coconut oil
½ cup of coconut flour
1 cup of tapioca starch or potatoes starch
1 tablespoon baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Optional: smoked paprika, dried herbs like thyme or basil
Directions
Here's how you make it:
Add eggs to bowl and mix with fork.
Add coconut cream (leave out coconut water, which you can freeze in ice cube tray for future use), and melted butter – mix.
Next, add husks mix. Add flour mix, apple cider vinegar and garlic powder. Stir quickly and be careful not to overmix. Dough does not need to rest.
Form 5-6 balls with mixture, and flatten it into patties.
Optional: melt one teaspoon of butter and brush over bread, add dried herbs and/or salt/sesame seeds/poppy seeds, etc.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 min.
After 10 min flip and bake 5 more min until golden.
Serve hot.
Store leftovers in a sealed bag or container at room temperature to heat up at a later day. Will last up to three days.
