Delicious Coconut Lime Balls

My personal take on the recipe.

12 balls – perfect to keep in the freezer or you can keep them in the fridge for 5 days.


Items you will need:

  • ½ cup of cashew nuts

  • ½ cup shredded coconut plus ¼ cup for rolling

  • ½ tbsp lime zest

  • Pinch of see salt

  • 1 tbsp of lime juice

  • 1-2 tbsp raw honey

  • 30 grams of dates + 30 grams of prunes (or you can use just 60 g of dates)

  • 1-2 scoop of protein powder of your choice (my recommendation is AVENA protein powder)


  1. Grind cashews in food processor,

  2. add first portion of shredded coconut, lemon zest, sea salt, protein powder.

  3. Blend it.

  4. Slowly add lime juice, honey, dates, prunes, and process until well combined.

  5. Create a ball shape and roll in loose coconut flakes.

Christmas version for adults: you can 4-6 tbsp Grand Marine Liquor or other liquor and cinnamon)!
