We start with a Lifestyle Assessment/ Audit on your current diet - gut health… what’s most in need. 


We then generate a report for you which maps out a personalized dietary action plan where we walk you step by step how to eat based on your gut health, immune system, and reducing inflammation in the body. 


We work together week to week for 8 weeks to incrementally release foods that aren’t serving you, add nutrients, get new recipes, and improve your confidence in the kitchen. 


Your package will include some supplementary support and lifestyle adjustments to improve your health


You will receive easy to prepare recipes and you’ll get full access to my personal recipe database and personal meal planner app to simplify your meal planning. 


I’ll walk you through some tools to keep it very simple and save you time 


So by the end of our 8 weeks together you have a new repertoire of recipes and have the confidence in the kitchen as well as a systemized approach to meal planning to keep your gut health in order and keep you feeling your best.
